Portal pages give you the ability to create custom pages that can be filled with a variety of widgets to display content.
Users with the CreateEditContentPages permission have access to all the pages. If you aren’t sure whether you have this permission, you can submit a support ticket to ask:
- In Adobe Digital Media Demos, click Support at the top right.
- On the support page, click New Support Ticket, then complete the ticket and submit it.
To edit a page:
- In Adobe Demos Admin, click Manage Portal Pages:
- At Manage Portal Pages, click the stacked dot icon:

Click to view the page.
delete
Click to delete the page.
Set as homepage
Click to make the page the homepage for Adobe Digital Media Demos.
- Click the pencil icon next to the stacked dot icon to edit the page.
- At Edit Page, to edit the page properties, click the pencil icon next to the top section:
- On the Edit Page Properties page, update the settings as needed:
Title
Replace the title of the page; the new title will be displayed on the browser tab.
URL path
Replace the URL path. This is the name of the page that will appear in the browser address bar.
OR
Click Generate to use the title to create a URL name for you.
Card Image
Click the gray box to upload an image to use when the page is listed on a Pages Widget.
Page is active
Active by default. Make inactive by clicking the toggle button. This determines whether the page is accessible to users.
Page owners
Click Add Owner to add a new owner of the page.
To delete an owner, click the X next to the owner’s name.
Visibility Restrictions
Click Restrict page visibility to selected roles to set access to selected roles only:
- Click the toggle button to restrict which user roles can view the demo card.
- Click the Choose Roles drop-down to select the roles.
- Click Save Properties.
- To edit the content on the page, in the list of widgets at Edit Page, edit any of the following as needed:
Sort
Click and hold the stacked line icon to drag a widget to a new position in the order of the widgets:
Delete
Click the trash can icon to delete a widget, then click Delete when prompted to confirm:
Edit
Click to edit a widget’s properties:
- Click Save Content.
