This is where users will submit new tickets.



Submitting a new ticket will send a reply to the user’s email address and replying to that email will update the ticket.



Once a ticket has been submitted a confirmation email will be sent stating that the ticket has been received and will be responded to in 1-3 business days.


To view and manage and view your ticket within the portal you will need to login to the support portal.



The support portal will use the same account as Adobe Better Together Demos.
